White Hawk

New project in Nampa is a multi-family subdivision located on approximately
17 acres near local schools, and surrounded by single family home neighborhoods.
It is comprised of 12 single story duplexes and 16 two story fourplexes with
creative architectural exterior appeal. The duplexes will have one (1) two
bedroom unit and one (1) three bedroom unit while the fourplexes will have
two (2) two bedroom and two (2) three bedroom units.

Adjacent parking, common areas and sidewalks will be included and unit will
have private patios.

Little Creek Apartments are located on the Southeast corner of the Locust Grove Road and Wilson Lane (near Fairview Ave, behind D&B Supply). 

Little Creek Apartments will hold 204 units and are located steps away from shopping, restaurants and minutes from interstate access and health care. This project will have a total of 51 fourplexes, a luxury clubhouse, resort style pool, exercise facilities, stainless steel appliances, top of the line finishes to compliment the granite/quartz counter tops and upgraded fixtures.

Orchard Lofts

Overview

Orchard Lofts townhomes are located in Nampa, Idaho and are within steps of the boulevard, minutes away from interstate access, and just feet away from shopping, dining, and entertainment.  Orchard Lofts consist of two-eighteen plexes and one garage.  They vary from 1-2 bedrooms, with 1-2 baths and come equipped with stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops.  To top it all off, there will be carports and storage garages available as well!
