Kelly Perryman, a proud Treasure Valley native, serves as the business development manager and founder of Perryman Construction Management Inc. Beginning his career in 1989, Kelly's journey in the industry has taken him to a number of different companies and environments. He took on his first multifamily project in 2001 and has since played a pivotal role in overseeing the construction of 6000 units in the Treasure Valley through his expertise in construction management and general contracting.
In 2015, Kelly founded the current iteration of PCM, driven by a passion for working alongside exceptional individuals in business—whether within the company, with partners, investors, or subcontractors. He finds immense fulfillment in creating employment opportunities, from on-site construction teams to real estate investors, viewing his work as a collaborative effort aimed at fostering financial growth and personal development for all involved.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Kelly cherishes time spent outdoors, away from the demands of daily life. With a career in the construction industry dating back to 2013, Ed's experience includes positions at RSCI and Windspear Construction before joining PCM in 2016.

As a general contractor, Perryman Construction Management Inc. (PCM) proudly holds the responsibility of day-to-day activity on the construction site. Through procuring the design team prior to construction, and communicating with all vendors and trades people on-site throughout the development process, we ensure the project schedule and budget are maintained. PCM takes great pride in orchestrating, organizing and managing all proposals and documents pertaining to the development.
The PCM team applies their lead project managers to supervise the construction of each project. The project manager oversees the planning, design, and construction of the development, creates and maintains the project schedule and cost control, and manages sub-contractors.
