Kelly Perryman, a proud Treasure Valley native, serves as the business development manager and founder of Perryman Construction Management Inc. Beginning his career in 1989, Kelly's journey in the industry has taken him to a number of different companies and environments. He took on his first multifamily project in 2001 and has since played a pivotal role in overseeing the construction of 6000 units in the Treasure Valley through his expertise in construction management and general contracting.

In 2015, Kelly founded the current iteration of PCM, driven by a passion for working alongside exceptional individuals in business—whether within the company, with partners, investors, or subcontractors. He finds immense fulfillment in creating employment opportunities, from on-site construction teams to real estate investors, viewing his work as a collaborative effort aimed at fostering financial growth and personal development for all involved.



Beyond his professional endeavors, Kelly cherishes time spent outdoors, away from the demands of daily life. He prioritizes family, enjoying moments with his wife, two daughters, stepson, and grandchildren. This balance between professional achievement and personal fulfillment underscores Kelly's commitment to both his community and his loved ones.

Abby Ollie brings a unique blend of financial expertise and business acumen to her role as CFO and in-house accountant at PCM. With a background initially rooted in dentistry and later supplemented by studies in accounting and business management, Abby transitioned to Perryman in 2018 where she quickly became an integral part of the team.

Within Boise's construction industry, Abby distinguishes herself as one of the few in-house accountants, emphasizing her dedication to ensuring efficiency and accuracy in financial oversight at PCM. She values the company's culture, which promotes accountability and accessibility among colleagues, contributing to a collaborative work environment that consistently achieves high-quality outcomes while fostering a low-stress atmosphere. Abby also appreciates the opportunity to bring her loyal companion, Tango, to work, enhancing both her and the team's morale.

When she's not working at PCM, Abby loves to spend time outdoors, with a deep appreciation for lakes, streams, and oceans. Ed Kron brings extensive expertise to his role as the General Manager and Senior Project Manager at Perryman Construction, where he oversees all aspects of field operations and project management. With a career in the construction industry dating back to 2013, Ed's experience includes positions at RSCI and Windspear Construction before joining PCM in 2016.

At PCM, Ed was drawn to the company's family-oriented values, which emphasize honesty, integrity, loyalty, and fairness. His deep understanding of the construction industry allows him to effectively manage day-to-day operations, from bid calculations to client relations. Ed prides himself in keeping clients well-informed and at ease throughout the project lifecycle, leveraging his knowledge and adaptability to navigate any challenges that arise.
